Oversea Apparel/Garment QC

1. Inspection and Evaluation:

- Conduct thorough inspections of apparel/garments at various stages of production, including raw materials, in-process checks, and final products.

- Evaluate products against design specifications, measurements, and quality standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

- Record and compile detailed reports on inspection findings, including any defects or non-conformance.

- Communicate quality issues and discrepancies to the production and management team.

3. Quality Standards Compliance:

- Ensure all products comply with relevant international and local quality standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with production team, factory, and vendor quality control teams to maintain and improve standards.

4. Problem-Solving and Improvement:

- Identify root causes of defects and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.

- Recommend improvements to practices, processes, and designs to achieve better quality products.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Liaison between overseas manufacturers, suppliers, and the company's China office to maintain consistent quality.

- Provide feedback and training on quality standards to overseas factory staff.

6. Travel Requirements：（Need to travel to Cambodia, Bangladesh, Vietnam）

- Extensive travel to overseas factories is required, with the possibility of extended stays (three to six months) to monitor production and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- Seven + years of experience in Apparel/garment quality control with oversea experience preferred.

- Strong understanding of Apparel/garment construction and production techniques.

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

- Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
