数字媒体市场专员
I. General
The Digital Marketing Officer’s responsibility is to grow the school brand visibility and online influence. In collaboration with the team, the incumbent will oversee the creation and development of an effective digital marketing strategy. The incumbent will be responsible of creating photo and video content, power-points for events, weekly updates, EDMs, Website SEO and SEM etc and support other AMC team members where needed.
II. Job Responsibilities
Marketing (75%)
61 Promote the school brand by producing high-quality videos on a weekly basis, including regular videos for the school's official channels and short videos for social media channels.
61 Create a termly media plan.
61 Prepare a termly video shooting schedule.
61 In collaboration with the team, build and execute all digital marketing campaign plans.
61 In collaboration with the team, create video scripts that align with our overall digital marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
61 Work with outsourced video companies for promotional video making.
61 Responsible for school website SEO and SEM strategy.
61 Liaise with outsourced digital marketing agencies.
61 Work with Creative Designer to set up digital advertisements (WeChat ad, Facebook ad, RED ad etc.) and track marketing effectiveness.
61 Responsible for creating regular email communication.
61 Work with Marketing Officer to maintain social media channels, including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Red, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin etc., prepare weekly promotion plans and contribute to all platforms’ follower acquisition and engagement.
61 Discover new digital channels/tools and qualified KOLs for cooperation.
61 Research and report on competitors’ media strategy.
61 Photo taking for regular publications and marketing content.
61 Take care of the school VR project and make sure all the content is up to date.
61 Prepare weekly, monthly, annually report for all digital channels’/ activities’ result tracking.
Events (15%)
61 Deal with outsourcing photo and video vendors when needed to ensure the quality of the production.
61 Prepare video playlist for admissions and marketing events.
61 Prepare PPTs for marketing and admissions events.
61 Supporting the academic team in preparing PPTs and videos for parent events.
Administration (5%)
61 Process contracts with media channels and outsourced photo and video vendors.
61 Support with the staff photo taking.
Other (5%)
61 Support other AMC team members with design work and other tasks when required.
III. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Essential
· Bachelor’s degree and above.
· Creative thinking, have a keen sense of the hot topics in the market.
· Strong photo and video editing skills. Familiarity with using video-editing software is a must. Experience with handling video production equipment.
· Strong design skills and familiarity with using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere (Applicants should attach a link to previous design portfolio).
· Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts) and attention to details.
· Familiarity with using multimedia assets in digital marketing.
· Experience with Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, website marketing, etc...)
· Strong communication skills.
· Working experience in a new media company, marketing, or international education preferred.
· Native Chinese speaker with good command of written and spoken English preferred.
