要求：

2. 欧美外企品牌任职背景

3. 英语可以作为工作语言

4. 积极主动，有创意想法

Role Objective

? To develop marketing strategies & brand image to enhance marketing position and

optimize the economic model, focusing on branding development

? To define and implement product strategies, manage product portfolio

? To pull & push sales force to optimize sales / profits / market share for the product line across America Standard China

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities

? Plan and implement business and marketing strategies including development and implementation of effective business plans, and setting up business targets & sales projections

? Lead branding team to assess strengths and providing them functional guidance to enhance their competencies and skills

? Develop integrated brand campaign including digital , PR , retail marketing and other plans while ensuring consistency of brand message across all platforms to develop local marketing actions

? Plan and execute promotion activities , and creative diversified promotion methods to improve sales effectiveness

? Analyze industrial trend , competitors' activities, and modify / implement new strategies accordingly in order to offer marketing insights and initiatives

? Control the team budget expenses to within planned budget / AOP

任职资格

Job Specifications

? Bachelor's degree or above in business, science or other related majors , focus on branding experience , MBA preferred

? At least 10 years marketing or brand management in MNC, 5 years’ experience in marketing leader for complex product / brand lines, a few years of sales experiences preferred

? Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams and quickly adapt into a matrixed organization with open communication and inspiration

? Exposure to industry business is a plus

? Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills both English & Chinese

? Advanced skills in MS office and networking skill

? Internal – Global marketing, Regional marketing, local marketing, sales , Finance, HR,

manufacturing, etc.

? External – Creative & media agency, Distributor / Dealer
