Finance Controller

61 Responsible for month end closing, monthly forecast and annual budgeting.

61 Ensure company’s financial status, operating results and working capital are optimized in most efficient ways in line with budget and forecast projections.

61 Supervise costing analysis, new projects/products costing and all other Ops finance matters in Changzhou plant.

61 Provide analytical advice and coordinate functional department managers to support performance delivery.

61 Promote and support continuous improvement in business process to achieve higher effectiveness and efficiency.

61 Maintain the company’s compliance & risk control framework (SOX) and monitor the organization acting according to this framework.

61 Assess the payback of investment projects and ensure the standard CAPEX management process strictly followed.

61 Lead, manage and develop the site finance team.

61 Work with internal and external auditors to address reporting and internal control issues. Work with Tax, SAFE and banks, as well as other government authorities to ensure compliance to local regulations.

61 Be responsible for process KPI.

61 Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

61 University degree major in Finance or Accounting

61 Minimum 10 years of working experience in finance with minimum 2 years at similar role

61 Expertise/professional knowledge in financials accounting/reporting as well as in financial controlling

61 Experience in managing a team

61 Fluent communication skills in English (both verbally as in writing)

61 Sound knowledge of IT applications / infrastructure, with solid knowledge of SAP highly preferred

61 Hardworking, hands-on, proactive, self-driven, able to work under high pressure
