Packing Inspector

1. Strategy Development:

- Assist in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies in the QM Team.

- Assist in developing and incorporating operational safety throughout the QM Team.

2. Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier2 Operations Management:

- Manage Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Tier2 processes.

- Check and study the Daily Production Schedule.

- Check the carton’s quality, specifications, and printed info are correct; ensure the correct packing tape is used and the carton seal is secure.

- Check that packaging materials are used correctly and meet standards; confirm packaging polybag markings are clear and packaging follows instructions

- Check daily production in all workshops.

- Report to the QM Manager, serious QM problems.

- Check if the quantity inside the package matches the actual quantity.

- Check that the quantity on the carton label matches the actual quantity inside.

- Confirm the quantity on packing lists matches the order quantity.

- Check that cartons are placed in the correct position and not exposed to direct sunlight.

- Ensure shipment loading is compliant with regulations. .

- Ensure packing, labeling, and marking are correct.

- Ensure shipping carton quantity is correct.

- Ensure the trucks or containers is clean and no damaged before loading.

- Check the loading of trucks and containers.

3. Risk Management:

- Identify and report potential risks and challenges to the QM Manager.

- Recommend, when in doubt, whether an order should or shouldn’t ship.

Position Requirements

1. Experience in Quality Appearance, Quality Control and Tier2 operations management, preferably in a leadership role within the Asia region.

2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.

3. Able to perform QA/QC/Tier2 functions singleton and unsupervised.

4. Understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.

5. Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

7. Has at least 5 years of experience in a QA/QC/Tier2 Position.

8. Fluent In Mandarin language.

9. Speaking both English and Mandarin is a plus.
