任职要求 Qualifications ：

1.机械、自动化、工业工程等理工科相关专业本科以上学历 Machanical engineering,automation,IE related, bacholer degree above

2.精通精益生产核心方法论与工具：熟练运用价值流图（VSM）、5S、TPM、SMED、流动及拉动系统、均衡化生产、防错法、ECRS、A3 等工具 Proficient in the core methodology and tools of lean production: VSA&VSD, 5S, TPM, SMED, Flow and Pull systems, Leveling Production, POAK-YOKE, ECRS, A3 and other tools

3.精通精益化产线的原理及架设，LCIA设计 , 特别对自动化各类型的产线架设有一定实践和成果 Proficient in the principles and installation of lean production lines, LCIA design and have rich experience and achievements in the installation of various types of automated production lines

4.三年以上精益化生产线或自动化产线设计和架设的经验 More than three years of experience in designing and the lean automated production lines implement

5.英语四级以上，会基本的听说读写 CET-4 above, can listening, speaking, reading and writing English
