灯具采购经理

-KPI: CNI (cost saving), Payment terms, OTD (On Time Delivery), and CBS (commodity business strategy) definition and execution

Tasks：

1.Drive and execute supplier management activities for the supplier portfolio according to the Commodity Business Strategy applying defined processes, methods and tools.

2.Functional responsibility for all strategic procurement activities and related processes globally for the commodity in conjunction with the organizational units and their respective regulations.

3.Understand procurement market and supplier landscape, including mid- and long-term trends for the commodity.

4.Define the Commodity Business Strategy (CBS) reflecting company's mid-term volume and requirements and respecting current guidelines.

5.Define concepts for risk and contract management and drive the activities to realize the concepts to avoid risks and warranty costs and sever supply chain interruptions caused by supplies.

6.Conduct price and contract negotiations with contract conclusion on short-, mid- and long-term horizon in coordination with the consumers of the BU, the Corporate Functions and/ or the organizational units.

7.Organize and execute regional pooling of the demands of the different Business Units, Corporate Functions and organizational units and projects within the Region to optimize utilization of procurement power.

Knowledge and Experience：

1.Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree with some related experience.

2.Min. 5-year experience with LED lighting products (nice to have) or manufacturing industry, and family with cost structure and technical background is value added.

3.Good strategic Procurement experience; working in a procurement function and/or cross-functional experience through project work in a related functional area.

4.Solid knowledge of the theoretical foundation in a technical field or business method, with a focus on growing practical experiences.

5.Demonstrated ability in leading international projects.

6.Expertise in leading cross-functional and virtual project teams.
