SUMMARY:
61 The Sourcing Analyst, Sourced Finished Goods – will be responsible for providing support to strategic procurement activities, including Spend/Productivity/Commodity/Payment/Lead Time/Master Data Analysis, Financial Audit Management, among other things.
61 The Sourcing Analyst will create/maintain significant amounts of information gathering, data consolidation, and data cleansing activities related to the Sourced Finished Good categories of our global procurement team.
61 Assist the Sourcing Managers and support related teams with managing all aspects of Sourced Finished Goods suppliers.
61 Support Tariff policy/data gathering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Support in development and execution of sourcing strategies for designated commodities or product platforms that encompass the following:
(i) Productivity – Develop productivity pipeline to deliver productivity target
(ii) Working capital improvements: payment terms extensions, lead time & inventory reductions
61 Maintain Master Data Warehouse. Including Master SKU, Dual Source, GEO Diversification, Supplier Scorecard.
61 Supplier and commodity spend management, analysis, and productivity tracking.
61 Partner with internal teams to use sourcing tools to evaluate costs, competitively bid, and negotiate spend.
61 Create and maintain automation tools for sourcing team. To improve the efficiency, increase data accuracy.
61 Navigate seamlessly throughout the organization during data gathering and analysis activities, fostering relationships with partners throughout the business to support data requirements
61 Develop a deep level of understanding of the data under analysis, focusing on ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness with timely delivery of required information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
61 Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, supply chain, mathematics, or related field required.
61 3-5 years of data management working experience.
61 Good logical and critical thinking.
61 Expert of Data Management Skill.
61 Power BI is a must.
61 Be skilled in Excel, PowerPoint.
61 Experience of ERP, preferably in SAP.
61 Familiarity with one or more BI tools like Tabular. Fine BI.
61 Experience of Azure Databricks, SQL.
61 Capable of successfully managing and completing multiple tasks concurrently with cross functional teams and suppliers
61 Demonstrates effective problem-solving and analytical skills
61 Demonstrates basic business financial knowledge
61 Experience leveraging analytical ability to drive and influence business decisions
