职位描述
岗位职责 Job responsibilities
1、供应商选择前期,与供应商审核、澄清技术规范及可行性评估;
Technical supplier - and feasibility evaluation before supplier selection;
2、策划和实施产品和过程审核;
Planning and Implementation of product- and process Audits;
3、与供应商一起实施先期质量保证措施;
Implementation of pre-quality assurance measures with suppliers;
4、MEAS的实施、报告和维护;
Implementation, presentation and maintenance of MEAS;
5、提供项目外购件供应商开发支持并最终验收放行;
Project support for the supplier and development to the final inspection of the purchased parts;
6、初始样件放行(APQP/PPAP);
Settlement of initials sampling (APQP/PPAP);
7、外购件产品及其过程的承认/放行;
Acceptance / release of purchase parts and their process;
8、支持产品的测试和验证;
Support part validation and testing;
9、制定供应商导入培训;
Make supplier introduction training;
10、使用通用的质量手法监管供应商量产件的生产并持续改善交付质量;
Supervision of the series production with the common quality technics to continue the improvement of quality;
11、供应商的质量绩效评估(月度、季度、年度)及必要改善措施实施;
Perform Q-rating for assigned suppliers and necessary improvement action implementation;
12、参与二级升级等级内部纠正及客户或终端用户现场由于供应商质量问题纠正;
Involvement in internal reclamations of escalation level 2, reclamations of our customers or field reclamations;
13、完成采购经理安排的其他相关任务。
Complete tasks assigned by the Head of Purchasing.
任职要求 Requirements
1、本科或以上学历, 制造/工程或相关领域专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in manufacturing, engineering or related field required;
2、3年以上生产、制造型企业供应商质量管理相关工作经验;
3 years at least supplier quality management related working experience in manufacturing enterprises;
3、具有产品和过程审核(ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA

3)工作经验 ,取得外审员资质证书为佳;
Especially experience in product and process audits(ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or even VDA

3),preferably certification;
4、熟练使用Office 办公软件,ERP 系统等;
Very good IT-knowledge (Office, ERP-System etc.);
5、熟练的英语语言能力(听说读写)。
Very good knowledge of the English language in spoken and written.
