安全管理主管/HSE Supervisor

2.在整个现场领导、支持和部署HSE政策和程序/Lead, champion and deploy the HSE policies and procedures throughout the site

3.制定并实施现场HSE CI计划，以实现现场目标/Develop and implement the site HSE CI plan to meet the objectives for site

4.与相关机构和高级管理团队一起报告和管理所有事件/Report and manage all incidents with appropriate agencies and senior management team

5.确保现场符合法定要求/Ensure statutory compliance of the site

6.设定现场HSE绩效目标/Set targets for site HSE performance

7.根据要求提供现场HSE绩效报告/Provide reports as required on site HSE performance

8.管理现场的风险评估活动，识别危险和方面/Manage Risk Assessment activities at the site, identifying hazards and aspects

9.根据需要支持健康、安全和环境现场认证/Support Health and Safety and Environmental site certifications as required

10.确保员工接受过HSE方面的培训并具备相关能力/Ensure employees are trained and competent in relation to HSE

11.其他公司分配的任务/Other task as assigned by company

任职要求：

1.本科学位或同等学历/Bachelor Degree or equivalent education;

2.至少五年HSE的工作经验/Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSE management;

3.熟悉国家、行业与当地法规/Familiar with national, industry, and local HSE regulations;

4.有优秀的沟通技巧/Have an excellent communication skill;

5.能在多任务的状态下有序完成工作/ Be able to complete work in an orderly manner in a multi task state;

6.有较强的抗压能力/ Strong pressure resistance.
