职位描述

1. Bachelor+ with major in Mechanical Engineering with 8 years+ product development experience. With good knowledge of product development (mainly mechanical).

2. Fluent in English, Able to work independently with foreign customers in terms of NPI communication.

3. Proficient in operation of Auto CAD and Pro E for drawings and Excel for costs calculation.

4. Familiar with metal and plastic tooling, sheet metal stamping, AL-extrusion and plastic injection. Including related finishing processes such as painting (dry; wet), printing, anodizing, galvanizing… etc.

5. Capability of cost analyzing, knowing how to break down the total product costs into details.

6. Good engineering skills for trouble shooting and overcoming difficulties.

7. Self-starter and team player. Can work under pressure and fast moving environment. Willing to share.

8. Global sourcing experience would be preferred.
