Job descriptions：
Working closely with the hardware and quality teams, you’ll design and monitor production KPIs to drive down Non-Good (NG) rates across our production line. When issues arise, you’ll lead the charge in resolving them by leveraging resources from the hardware development and industrialization teams, or by coordinating with the supplier quality department.
1.Establish and maintain control charts to accurately track NG rates
2.Proactively work to reduce the NG rate and enhance product quality
3.Ensure all production line activities are accurately reflected in our Quality Management System
4.Identify and implement production line improvements to optimize costs
5.Visit our factories at least 3 days a week in the Dongguan region
Job requirements:
80Technical Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
80Production Quality Control: At least 5 years of experience in mechatronics production quality, with a proven track record of successful root cause analysis (RCA) and problem resolution.
80Statistical Process Control (SPC): Strong grasp of statistical tools and techniques, including Cp, Cpk, control charts, and process capability analysis to monitor and improve production quality.
80Process Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed process documentation, including process cards and work instructions.

80Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese to speak with our local suppliers. Fluent in English, with strong technical writing skills and clear communication abilities.
Bonus point:
80You have experience in high-volume production environments, specifically with electronic products manufactured at a scale of 10,000 to 50,000 units per month in China.
80You’re fluent in French, enabling seamless communication with our team in France.
80You have hands-on experience with Python, especially for data analysis or test sofware in production.
80You’ve previously worked in a regulated industry, such as aviation, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or military, where quality and compliance are paramount.
You will be responsible on your perimeter. No one in our company will know more about our production lines than you.
