Field Service Technician

1. Receives installation and repair service requests;

接收安装和维修服务请求；

2. Checks complaints and performs error diagnosis at customers site;

核查客户投诉并在客户现场进行故障诊断；

3. Performs corrective actions and safety checks;

执行维修措施并进行安全检查；

4. Documents the performed work on forms or in CRM;

在表格或CRM系统中记录已完成的工作；

5. Explains the repair and related reports to customers;

向客户解释维修情况及相关报告；

6. Participates in trainings and conducts self studies through reading of the new service documentation;

参与培训，并通过阅读新的服务文档进行自学；

7. Attends to escalated service cases of service contractors as a flying doctor;

作为“巡回医生”处理服务承包商升级的服务案例；

8. Conducts retrofit actions;

进行改造升级操作；

9. Provides additional services or accessories.

提供额外的服务或配件。

Requirements:

1. Junior higher school or above;

高中及以上学历；

2. Refrigeration repair;

具备制冷维修技能；

3. Trainees of HAU technical training are preferred;

参加过HAU技术培训的学员优先；

4. At least 3 years’ experience in independent repair of refrigerator ;

至少3年独立维修冰箱的经验；

5. Basic computer application;

具备基本的计算机应用能力；

6. Professional skills of cooling system repair are preferred;

具备制冷系统维修的专业技能者优先；

7. The owners of welding certificate are preferred;

持有焊接证书者优先；

8. Responsibility and service oriented;

责任心强，具备服务意识；

9. Strong communication and coordination skills;

具备较强的沟通和协调能力；

10. Action Oriented focus, active communication;

注重行动力，积极沟通；

11. Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability.

Remark:

From Tuesday to Saturday, standard flexible working time.
