1. 生产计划制定及跟踪，销售订单的评审。

Production planning and tracking, sales order review (contract review).

2. 确保生产现场规范有序。

Workshop management - ensure the workshop cleanly and orderliness.

3. 人事管理，对员工的绩效考核。

Human relations management and performance evaluating for workers.

4. 生产设备的管理，包括制订设备台帐及维护保养计划，监督计划的实施。

Equipment’s management. Maintenance planning and supervision of W Div. related equipment.

5. 公共基础设施的管理，包装配电设施、空调系统及厂房设施等。

Management of W Div. infrastructure: Power supply system / pneumatic air system / factory building, storage system act.

6. 纠正和预防措施的制定及监控。

Frame and supervise corrective and preventive action.

7. 组织/实施持续改进。

Organize, supervise and encourage continual improvement.

8. 确保在整个生产过程中遵守质量体系要求。

Ensure that quality system requirements are being followed throughout production processes.

9. 生产现场安全制度与措施的制定与落实。

Frame safe production system and supervise it.

10. 检控部门内文件与统计数据的收集、整理、分析和及时报送。

Supervise the data statistic of products.

11. 原辅材料采购计划。

Material purchase planning (Inc. steel, housing, grease ect.)

12. 制定适宜的应急预案，确保产品能按时按量发货。

Frame emergency action in order to ensure delivery on time.

13. 质量管理体系维护（包括ISO、QS、CE等）

Maintain the quality management system.

14. 数据管理系统在部门内应用的组织落实。

Supervise the management System running (Inc. FS, Fastpro, SAP ect.)

15. 协助新产品的开发及生产前期准备工作

New project development and production preparing in cooperation with TA Dept.

16. 产人员技能培训的组织制定与协调

Skills training for workers.

17. 与各部门的工作协调，

Cooperate with other departments.

18. 落实与推进公司的管理目标

Fulfil KLCN’s management objective.

19. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete Other tasks assigned by superiors.

1.工作地点在太仓

2.Spoken English is the first request for this position for daily working using;

LEAN & team management skills are preferred;

3.Familiar with TS16949 related must.

4.小于43岁

5.必须有金属材料加工行业背景
