职位描述
1.协调和准备优先的订单,包括与所有相关职能部门进行可行性讨论
Coordinate and preparation prior to the order , including feasibility discussions with all functional departments involved.
2.评估, 处理和确认订单
Review, process and confirm the order.
3.参加生产会议, 协调客户及生产计划,确保交货及时
Participate production meetings, coordinate between customer and production plan, ensure on-time delivery.
4.支持销售团队,准备销售报告
Support sales team, prepare summary report of sales.
5.处理客户样品需求,包括寄样品作实验测试
Handle sample request from customers, including send samples for laboratory test.
6.与其它部门协调,处理客户投诉,产品召回,并保持与客户及内部相关人员的沟通
Coordinate with other departments, handle customer complains properly, products recall and keep customer and all relevant people informed internally.
7. 定期进行客户满意度调查
Conduct customer satisfaction survey regularly.
8.对客户订单以外的质疑和/或问题及时反馈
Properly response to customers’ queries and / questions other than orders.
9. 处理紧急订单
Handle emergent and/ or urgent cases.
10. 其它经理安排的工作
Other jobs assigned by Manager.
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历, 工商管理等相关专业
Bachelor education and/or above majored in business and / or relevant field.
2.两年左右相关工作经验
About 2 years similar working experience,
3.熟悉商业及国际支付条款, 计划能力强, 良好的协调及沟通能力
Good knowledge of business and international payment terms, good sense of priority and planning, strong coordination and communication skills,
4.英语沟通能力良好(CET-4), 计算机操作熟练, 具团队精神
Good command of English(CET-4) and computer skills, teamwork spirit.
