Responsibilities 职责

Lead vehicle centre control unit assembly line industrialization standardisation and machine localization

Defines and organises product specific production means.

IPROM Follow up

Define the process Flow & Perform PFMEA

Coordinate/Facilitate the DFM reviews with relevant Design & test engineers for each process step.

Perform Lean Process Design Reviews -Phase by Phase.

- Generation & Execution of process Qualification plans & Report .

- Prepare & Conduct Full day production run (FDPR)

- Equipment & tooling specification definition for purchasing and follow up the progress

- Assures tooling/machine transforming from suppliers according to the Valeo standard

- Assures the responsibility for the production trail-run /SOP /ramp-up until the transfer of the responsibility to mass production teams.

- Assures the capitalization of lessons learnt during the project development.

- Contributes to the enrichment of Engineering Industrialization Database.

- Contributing to activity improvement within PAQ, 5 cores.

- Support and improve the mass production Process.

- Provide work instruction and training for operators.

- Save nature resources, energy and paper

- Obey the EHS laws and related requirements, implement the EHS regulations, procedures and work instructions /遵守环境和职业健康安全相关的法律、法规及相关方的要求，实施安全生产规章制度及程序和方法

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求

- Bachelor degree

- Fluent English communication in writing.

- Familiar with electronic product productions line CAD layout design, working methods and quality tools.

- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing design, APQP,PPAP,MSA,PFMEA, DFM Rules .

- 3 years vehicle ADAS product & process introduces experience.

- 3 years non-standard equipment introduces experience.
