61 Support product verification and validation efforts

61 Develop and validate test methods and inspection procedures

61 Investigate and resolve product complaints and non-conformance

61 Conduct risk assessments and support FMEA activities

61 Perform gauge repeatability and reproducibility (R&R)studies

61 Maintain and monitor calibration of inspection and test equipment

61 Perform basic statistical analysis (e.g., Cp, Cpk) to confirm process capability

61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives

Reporting:

61 R&D: directly to COO in the Netherlands

61 Quality: to Quality Manager in China

Qualifications:

Associated degree (minimum bachelor in one of the below fields）

61 Biomedical Engineering (生物医学工程)

61 Mechanical Engineering (机械工程)

61 Materials Science and Engineering (材料科学与工程)

61 Measurement and Control Technology (测控技术与仪器)

61 Industrial Engineering (工业工程)

Work experience;

At least 3 years in medical device field

Language:

61 Proficient in reading English, with the ability to comprehend technical documentation.

61 Speaking proficiency is preferred. a IELTS overall score of

4.5 to

5.0 / CET-4, aligning with Level 4 of China’s Standards of English Language Ability (CSE).
