Project Manager(LED Module)

1. Bachelor, preferred in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering.

2. Minimum 2-years relevant working experience in project management and totally at least 6 years working experience, preferred in automotive industry.

3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software.

4. Good command of English in both spoken and written.

5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

Responsibilities:

1.Execution of a project management from Project buy-in to Project closure, follow up PMO standard development phase

2.Leading cross function team and focus on dedication of work packages completion, to reach project Safe SOP

3.Leading project team to reach project Safe SOP

4.Good communication Interface to Headlamp team, with regards to cost, timing, quality

5.Supervise and support on plant launch activities to ensure Production KPI reach target

6.Weekly Reporting project status, potential risks internally using PM management tool Atlassian, monthly reporting project status in Project control committee meeting (PPCC) for management review

7.Project risk management, execution of design concept release (CR) and quality risk control (CRC) in each phase of project

8.Responsible of output of project team and customer meetings output should be documented in a "List of Open Points"

9.Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
