Responsibilities
职责
According to the company's annual strategy, make implementation measures and action plans suitable for regional development.
遵照公司年度战略,制定适合区域发展的落地举措及行动计划;
Understand the market trend and demand changes in region, collect and manage the information of competitors and target customers, guide the team on daily basis based on the best practice, regularly and timely propose improvement measures.
了解区域内市场趋势和需求变化,收集和管理竞争对手和目标客户信息,根据***实践指导团队日常工作,定期及时提出改进措施;
Continually ensure and develop strong and productive relationships with existing accounts, together with generating new business with a high standard of customer service;
维护发展与现有客户的密切、富有成效的关系,并通过高标准的客户服务开发新业务;
Work as a team leader to manage the whole sales teams based on company’s policy and sales management processes, including adjusting team structure, setting team goals, reviewing sales performance and A/R collection periodically, adapting procedures or re-allocating resources to improve the overall performance of the sales teams, etc;
按照公司规定的销售管理政策及管理流程,根据区域业务发展特征调整、管理整个销售团队,包括设定团队目标,定期审查销售业绩和A / R收集,调整流程或重新分配资源以提高销售团队绩效等;
Achieve strategic objectives of profitability goals, customer satisfaction, customer resource management, etc.;
实现盈利目标,客户满意度,客户资源管理等战略目标;
Provide qualified reporting, budgeting and proposals etc;

Keep intensive contacts with all relevant interfaces such as Marketing, After Sales Service, HR and Finance, etc. Cooperate with relevant departments to create brand atmosphere, promote brand market coverage, expand business healthy and sustainable development.

Coaching and mentoring sales team members to achieve sales targets;

Facilitate and provide responsible use by team members of the ERP and CRM systems;

Develop and grow territory sales channels to help promote new business and develop qualified team members;

Qualification:
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
大学本科或同等学历。
Over 8 years’ sales experience and at least 3 years for key account sales management
8年以上销售经验,至少3年以上大客户销售管理经验。
Special talent for high level interpersonal networking, negotiations and business practices
出色的人际关系网络和谈判商务实践。
Highly self-motivated, integrity, open minded and a team player
高度自我激励,诚信,开放的态度和团队合作精神。
Proficient user knowledge of PC software
良好的PC软件操作技能。
Proficient in oral and written Chinese and English
熟练的英语口语表达与书面书写能力。
