61 E2E responsible oversees operational SQDC performance of blade Supplier.

61 Helps Supplier and Nx team adhering to Nx & Country HSE requirements.

61 Ensures supply chain, material consumption as per BOM and materials inventory.

61 Focus on First Time Right (FTR), controls defects, engages and ensures Quality Improvement Plans with Supplier.

61 Supervises Supplier to continually improving cycle time as committed by Supplier.

61 Ensures delivery as per Operational Planning & Planned Capacity Commitment.

61 Control costs and improvement.

61 Drives until resolution customer complaints with Supplier.

61 Hiring Manager and leader of a team of In Process & Product Quality Inspectors (IP&PQI).

61 Direct point of contact and relationship with Supplier Management.

61 Daily interact with Nx Local and Global blades functions.

61 Directly reports to Blades Operations BtP Responsible.

Requirements:

61 Graduate/BE, Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

61 Specialized, expertise on Industrial Organization from automotive and/or chemical industries.

61 Expertise in composite manufacturing processes, preferred blades.

61 Knowledge in project management.

61 Knowledge in Risk Management.

61 Strong analytical problem solving.

61 Knowledge in quality management (e.g. APQP4Wind, 8D, Quality Tools, FMEA, Control plans).

61 Ability to work in different business cultures.

61 Performs a variety of tasks under general supervision.

61 Strong Quality/Operations mindset focus on SQDC.

61 Team leader and builder, with good communication and negotiation skills.

61 Expected international travel required 10% of the time.

61 Experience 5+ years on Management positions.

61 Advanced level of spoken and written English, Chinese.
