- Guarantee the excellence of the services delivered by EMC/RF department

- Coordinate within EMC/RF department to set up and/or simplify the process in order to have smooth operations

- Responsible for maintaining and developing high level of service in terms of performance and technical skills

- Responsible for maximizing the use of current resources, manpower and testing capacity

- Motivate and reward EMC/RF department members by performance-based pay system

- Responsibility for following and guaranteeing the consistency of the operation between the different locations

- Responsible to ensure the safe working conditions for technical employees

- Approve the applications of purchase, travels, leaves and overtimes in line with company policy

- Responsible for application of testing purchase plan of company

- Responsible for manpower plan of EMC/RF operation

- Support the Customer Service and Sales teams to visit clients

- Support the management to develop the business plans in terms of quality, targeted action and profitability in accordance with the general guidelines, the global and local objective and the local government policies.

- Support the management to prepare the business plan and annual budget

- Apply and implement the procedures of quality system of the company

- fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above

- 12 years or more of working experience in same field.

- Good knowledge of English.

- Strong communications and influencing skills

- Team-building skills

- Aggressive on objectives

- Adaptable to different cultures

- Possess good knowledge of electrical testing, of the industry as well as the company's product & service

- Customer focused, energetic and willing to work overtime

- Proactive and flexible
