PURPOSE AND SCOPE 目的和工作范围

The position is to support procurement activities of 11 renewable entities (wind & solar) of HYNE (Huiyang New Energy) ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials, and services while maintaining quality standards. This role will be based in Nanjing, reporting to GM of HYNE with a dotted line to Head of Procurement in China.

该职位是支持HYNE（胜科辉飏）11个可再生能源实体（风能和太阳能）的采购活动，确保在保证成本效益的前提下采购材料和服务，同时确保采购的质量和标准。该职位将常驻南京，向 HYNE 总经理汇报工作，虚线向胜科中国采购总监汇报。

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要角色和职能

61 Follow Group Procurement Policy and Group Standards.遵守集团采购政策和集团标准。

61 Stick to Corporate’s HSSE and Governance procedures and regulations. 严格遵守公司的 HSSE 和治理程序及规定。

61 Efficiently identify and source the desirable suppliers/vendors/subcontractors who can provide the equipment and services, managing vendor on-boarding, pre-qualifications, and evaluations. 高效地识别和寻找可以提供所需设备和服务的理想供应商/销售商/分包商，管理供应商的资格预审和评估。

61 Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFx or bidding issuance, contracting and PO creation, to final delivery. 负责从需求评估或招标发布、合同签订、采购订单创建到最终交付的整个采购流程。

61 Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Resolve disputes if necessary. 与供应商协商合同以确保最优的定价、付款条件和交货时间。必要时需妥善解决与供应商之间的争议。

61 Ensure compliance, archive the procurement document, and support Internal Audit when needed. 确保采购文件的合规性并妥善存档，为内部审计提供支持。

61 Monitor market trends in renewable technologies and raw material pricing. 监控可再生能源技术和原材料价格的市场动态趋势。

61 Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning. 通过制定应急计划来降低供应链风险。

61 Maintain the relationship with the key suppliers and internal stakeholders. 保持与主要供应商以及内部利益相关者的合作关系。

Qualifications & Experience 资格和经验

61 At least 8+ years of traceable relevant procurement experience in renewable industry. Working with MNC will be a plus. 至少拥有 8 年及以上与可再生能源行业相关的采购工作经验。拥有与跨国公司合作经验者优先。

61 Necessary knowledge in procurement (including vendor development, procurement plan, bidding document preparation, bidding process management, commercial clarification & negotiation, PO execution management, risk control, PO settlement, stock management, and etc.). 具备必要的采购知识（包括供应商开发、采购计划、招/投标文件准备、招/投标过程管控、商业澄清与谈判、采购订单执行管理、风险控制、采购订单结算、库存管理等）。

61 Strong business acumen with strong influencing skills, ability to manage supplier performance and relationships. 具备出色的商业头脑和强大的影响力，能够妥善管理供应商的绩效和维护与供应商的关系。

61 Proven capability in managing complex negotiations and contract management. 具备处理复杂谈判和合同管理方面的能力。
