1. Work as technical support, helping sales & marketing colleague to communicate with customer, potential partners, and understand the real request, responsible for product model choosing, etc., then take the lead to compile the corresponding technical proposals

and cost estimation.

2. Helping sales & marketing, R&D to carry out the marketing supporting work, including conference presentations, demo parts management and etc.

销售&市场、研发部门的市场支持工作，包括展会支持、活动支持、展品管理支持等。

3. Cooperate with customer audit, prepare the required files for the audit, on-site support to the customers’ questions explanation and clarification.

配合客户审核，准备审核所需资料，现场支持客户问题的解释与澄清。

4. Emergency response and handle and process customer complains. Solve the technical problems in the process of product in the production and after-sales service.

客户投诉产品问题紧急响应及处理。解决产品在生产和售后服务过程中的技术难题。

5. Revise, update, train release, maintenance, problem improvement, product transition, design changes, etc. for process files and quality standard files of products. Properly manage product technical information and to ensure their accuracy and safety.

产品工艺技术文件和品质标准文件的编制、完善、培训发布、维护、问题点改进、 产品移转、设计变更等管理。对产品技术资料进行有效管理，确保技术资料的准确

与安全。

6. Technical support to product production. Revise, update product instructions, follow up BOM, product key quality characteristics, etc. reports. Collection and implementation for product executing standard, establish and improve working instructions of products,

design standard, inspection standard, etc. files.

产品生产技术支持。编制、完善产品任务书, 跟踪物料清单、产品关键质量特性等报告。产品执行标准的收集及实施，制定完善产品作业指导书、设计标准、检验标准 等文件。

7. Establish and quality control for supply chain materials, analysis and solve production materials suppliers quality problems, track alternatives and action taken.

供应链材料标准建立与质量管控，供应链材料生产供应商质量问题的分析和解决， 跟踪可选的方案和采取的行动。

8. Participates in the design, development, trial, approval, process design of new products. Participates in product design changes, trace verifying and certificating the design changed products.

参与新产品的设计、开发、试制、认可、工艺流程设计。参入产品设计变更，跟踪 设计变更产品的验证及认可。

9. Product cost optimization and control, establish and improve FMEA, collect and improve product catalogue.

产品成本优化及控制，制定完善 FMEA，收集完善产品目录。

10. Management and improvement for product tooling and fixtures.

产品工装夹具的管理及改进。

11. Regularly organize technical training, enhancing skills of production people; responsible for product flow and process improving, raise team work efficiency.

定期组织技术培训，提升生产人员技能；负责产品流程与工艺改善，提升团队效率。

12. Responsible and conscientious working attitude; good team spirit and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Requirements:

任职要求：

1. Master degree in mechanical, mechanics-electronics, etc.

硕士，机械、机电等理工相关科系；

2. Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;

4. English oral and written communication skills, office software operation skills for Word， Excel，PPT, etc.
