Marketing research,
1) Develop new K & A customers
Within focus target segments in assigned areas
Generate new leads through market research
Use Beyond Selling Values (BSV) to shorten penetration cycle time
Setup and keep strategic relationships with key decision makers (KDM)
Sell the values – Level 123, 15/85, Kraljic, ABC
Use tollgates in BEAMS to monitor progress status
2) Increase sales and profitability
Effectively using strategic tools such as BEAMS (Profit Mgmt, AR Mgmt, Whale Chart, Bad Inventory Report (BIR), etc), Bossard Scorecards, e_RFQ
Responsible to increase market share and implement level 2 and 3 whenever possible
Manage and nurture new customers to tollgate (TG) 7
3) Improve operational efficiency
Review technical specifications (RTS)
Provide and follow up quotation on timely basis
Process customer orders and follow up on backorders if any
Process customer’s sample request and submit FA reports on timely basis
Handling customer’s forecast
Work with inter-department to solve problems
with SFL to update SmartBin data
with QA on BQS CMEC
with Finance on new customer code, credit issues, price, contract
