Key Qualifications:

1 Bachelor or above degree on Architectural, HVAC Engineering, Water supply and Sewerage Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Sustainable Science or other related major.

2 Candidates with experience on building sustainability consulting, green building consulting, energy saving and low carbon consulting, environmental science, building engineering or similar background is preferred.

3 Familiar with LEED, WELL or CGBL standard is required.

4 LEED AP, WELL AP and related professional credential is preferred.

5 Good in English reading and writing. Listening and speaking skill in English meet daily communication requirement.

6 Project Management thinking is essential to this position.

7 Interested in green building, healthy building, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Able to work efficiently in these areas.

8 Candidate shall perform good capability in self-management, teamwork spirit, independent thinking, and problem-solving skill.

9 Can work under pressure.
