主要职责Main Responsibilities:
一、 培训管理工作
The training management work
培训——确认培训需求,计划年度培训计划以及月度培训计划,并对培训计划监督实施,使培训符合GMP 要求。
Training – Define the needs, prepare an annual training program and monthly training program, control its implementation in accordance with GMP.
a) 根据公司战略、业务、业绩差距、GMP需求,设定年度培训计划,并且获得批准。
Set annual training according to strategy, business, performance gap, GMP needs, and make it approved.
b) 准备年度培训总结,包括培训计划的实施情况,培训的评估结果。
Prepare annual training summary, including implementation and evaluation of training.
c) 协同质量部门,确定新员工GMP培训计划模板。
Approve the new employee training program template in coordinate with QA department.
d) 批准新员工培训计划,并确保培训得到实施。
Approve new employee training program and follow up .
e) 批准员工的资格认定,确保员工拥有相应的操作资格。
Approve qualification to employee, and ensure all employee are qualified for his job.
f) 实施总部要求的培训,包括行为准则(code of conduct),海外反腐条例(PFCA)等。
Implement training program which is obligation and from headquarter, including code of conduct, PFCA.
g) 更新新员工培训包内容。
Update new employee training kits.
h) 筛选外部培训资源,为公司批准的外部培训提供高质量的供应商。
Screen vendor of training, provide high quality vendor for approved external supporting training program.
二、 行政管理工作
The administrative management
i) 负责公司证照、合同、政府发文等资料的分类归集、登记、保管等工作;
Responsible for the company's business licenses, contracts, the government document classification of the data collection, registration, storage, etc.
j) 公司外来客人的安排、接待及人员的住宿和车票的订购等工作;
The arrangement of the foreign personnel guest, arranging hotel, booking tickets, etc.
