1. About 10 years finance & accounting working experience with at least 3 years in a management position of a multi-national manufacturing company

2.Holding an accounting degree in Finance / member of professional accounting organisation

3. Fluent in English and Mandarin

4. Self-starter and finance project initiator/lead skills

General:

1. Member of the Management Team of the production company.

2. Reporting functionally on a day-to-day basis about operational issues to the Plant Manager of

the production company and on ad hoc basis to the Chief Operations Officer of the Brabantia Group, HQ based in the Netherlands

3. Reporting hierarchically to the Finance Director of the Brabantia Group, HQ based in the Netherlands

4. Stationed in Zhuhai factory and occasionally travel between Zhuhai and Shanghai

Job duties:

1. Being the Finance Manager, assume full spectrum responsibilities of financial- and business controlling functions with the primary focus on the production company in Zhuhai and the sales office in Shanghai

2. Representing the Finance discipline in the strategy development of the production company.

3. Preparation of management & financial reports (PRC) with a manufacturing, trading & wholesales accounting focus

4. Leading the Finance & IT department, currently consisting of 4 people

5. Preparation of the monthly management reporting package to HQ for consolidation purposes

6. Supervise the financial administration within the PRC region

7. Preparing of ad hoc multi-unit operational business cases for investment proposals

8. Preparation of manufacturing costing and transfer price modelling

9. Interpret operating results to the management in relation to financial performance of different operation focus companies (trading, manufacturing & wholesales)

10. Prepare cash flow projections

11. Monitor working capital needs and provide robust solutions

12. Prepare budgeting, forecasting and various analyses for management evaluation and submission to HQ

13. Monitor actual product cost breakdown and regular analysis

14. Monitor ERP system for continuous improvement

15. Formulate and monitor internal control for deficiencies and provide solutions

16. Contribute to the lean culture of the production company and lead lean projects related to Finance

17. Coordinate and liaise with local government officials, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers, etc.

工作职责：

1.作为财务经理，全面负责财务和业务控制职能，主要关注珠海生产公司和上海销售办公室

2.在生产公司的战略发展中代表财务部门

3.编制以制造、贸易和批发会计为重点的管理和财务报告（中国）

4.领导财务与IT部门，目前团队由4人组成

5.编制月度管理报告包，提交至总部以进行合并

6.监督中国地区的财务管理工作

7.为投资提案准备临时的多单位运营业务案例

8.编制制造成本和转移定价模型

9.向管理层解释不同业务重点公司（贸易、制造和批发）的财务表现

10.监控营运资金需求并提供可靠的解决方案

11.编制预算、预测和各种分析，供管理层评估并提交至总部

12.监控实际产品成本分解并进行定期分析

13.监控ERP系统以持续改进

制定并监控内部控制缺陷，并提供解决方案

为生产公司的精益文化做出贡献，并领导与财务相关的精益项目

与地方政府官员、审计师、公司秘书、银行家、律师等进行协调和联络
