Advanced Quality Engineer（常驻北京）

1. Develop, implement, deploy and manage Control Plans to ensure the reliability of the processes and product.

2. Ensure that all applicable standards of quality are known, understood, implemented and are aligned to meet customer specific requirements.

3. Sets and monitors SPC data to ensure delivery of consistent quality from suppliers or to customers.

4. Leads and follows-up responds to customer concerns with regards to quality.

5. Leads and coordinates the preparation and submission of PPAP/ISIR documents.

6. Participate in the checking fixture, holding fixture and inline measurement/testing system buyoff.

7. Assists with PFMEAs and APQP activities.

8. Participate in the APQP gate reviews, technical reviews etc. and report on the status of plant activities.

9. Participate in Poka Yoke feasibility review and implement verifications.

10. Maintain Lessons learned data bases to provide feedback for new programs and processes.

11. Assists in the development of standardized work processes and process improvements.

12. Leads and follows-up with execution and timing of the pre-production build quality requirements.

13. Develop, training, implement and monitoring the process inspection WI and GP12 inspection WI based on CP definition, internal and customer requirements to ensure every pre-production build and delivery in a consistent quality.

14. Sets standards for determining non-conforming materials and scrap review.

15. Leads and follow up Q-loop issues and establish a continue improvement process to push problem solving in a proper way.

16. Lead and participate customer audit for process&product release.

17. Leads and deploy the process capability study such as Pp/Ppk-Cp/Cpk to through the whole project phase.

18. Develop and identify master samples, defect samples and boundary samples use for product/process release and reference guidance.

19. Participate the ramp-up activities to identify the risk and define a quality KPI manage the process.

20. Responsible for recognizing/selection of special characteristics and forming a list.

21. To improve the safety, occupational health and environment protection related with work flow.

22. Other activities as related to the scope of the position.

b. Requirement

- University degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor or Master)

- 3 years or above related experience in Automotive Industry

- Multinational and multicultural environment

- Proficient English communication skills

- Experienced in Mercedes Benz project quality management activities

- Experienced in BIW&Chassis assembly products and resistance welding, arc welding, glue application, riveting technologies etc…

- Be familiar with Aluminum material processes and Battery-Box assemblies are priority

c. Knowledge:

- Quality Management System- IAFT16949

- Audit Tools-VDA

6.3 or similar

- Core Tools- APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP
