职位描述

Job Responsibility 岗位职责:
1. Responsible for coordinating and processing overseas sales orders 负责协调处理海外销售订单;
2. Communicate with customers, maintain and update oversea orders records and related information in time 及时和客户沟通,维护和更新海外订单记录及相关信息;
3. Follow up the order , keep communication with customers, Purchasing Department, Production Department, Warehouse and other related Department; so as to fulfill the oversea order and deliver products on time跟踪订单,及时与客户、采购部、生产部、仓库等相关部门进行协调和沟通,以完成海外订单并按时交货;
4. Deal with the import and export declaration work and logistics affairs 处理进出口报关和物流运输工作;
5.Check and release the invoice出具发票;
Job Requirement岗位要求:
1. College degree or above, able to speak and write English 大学专科或以上相关学历,英文能口语和书面交流;
2. At least 2 years international trade customer service experience至少有2年的国际贸易客服工作经验;
3. Familiar with trade processing knowledge; Have certain import and export professional knowledge and freight experience to handle the import and export procedures, skilled document making熟悉贸易加工相关知识;具有一定的进出口专业知识和货运经验办理各项进出口手续、进行熟练制单;
4. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel); Ability to use SAP system is preferred 熟练使用其他office 软件(word, excel);能使用SAP系统的优先;
