1. Key Result Areas :
Coordinate works with relevant groups to support Product Stewardship activities :
Major Activities :
a. Regulatory approvals with Procurement and Quality departments.
b. Information management on raw materials.
c. Good Manufacturing Practice for food contact activities, Medical, etc.
Outcome :
Compliant raw materials, with easily accessible information to support activities
2. Key Result Areas :
Provides customer support for Regulatory affairs requests.
Major Activities :
Replies to customer requests from the business for regulatory information on our products
Maintains customer request database.
Develops and maintains standard statements for customers.
Works with expert contractors as required to support the needs.
Outcome :
Responsive service to the business and customers also managing our company’s liability and facilitating product flow to the various customers whom we do business.
3. Key Result Areas :
Assures compliance for business activities through establishing clear business processes and documentation.
Major Activities :
Oversees business activities to ensure compliance by review of existing product regulatory status and MOC procedures.
The resolution of compliance issues that are identified and establishment of processes to prevent future problems.
Coordination with business and production sites.
Outcome : compliant products
4. Key Result Areas :
Specific responsibilities for legislation, in support of Sinopec Ineos-Styrolution’s business plans.
Major Activities :

Outcome : Compliant products and a service that anticipates and prepares for future requirements, providing added value to a developing business, supply chain, and operations.
5. Key Result Areas :
Manages regulatory threats (application and substance related) in support of business plans.
Major Activities :
Monitor Regulatory legislative changes and provide focused advocacy efforts as required.
Outcome : Provides strategic vision to the company on Product Stewardship issues and mitigates the impacts of major threats.
6. Key Result Area:
Ensure data is maintained in an accurate and up to date conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure processes are in place and information is monitored in the key business systems (SAP) with respect to master data and Product Stewardship Data (recipes, specifications, etc.)
Ensure obsolete data is removed
Outcome: Key data reporting of inactive and obsolete information. Facilitate decisions to clear/archive obsolete date (Customer, product, etc.). Review criteria and monitory owning department status.

F. Required profile:
Level of education & Knowledge:
61 Scientific graduate, minimum 4 years at University
Experience in general:
61 Preferably 5 – 10 years or more
61 Multi-disciplinary company with both Sales & Manufacturing aspects.
61 Implementation project leadership role in past experience.
61 Experience with Regulatory, Government and/or Quality Agencies
61 Knowledge of technical documentation (reading and correct interpretation)
61 Basic knowledge general of an applicable and specific (SAP, databases) software
Physical skills:
61 Normal day work hours.
Technical skills:
61 Polymer/Chemistry background, regulatory experience preferred
61 Project management skills
61 English required, Chinese
