Product Engineer (Connector)

2、Detailed product design and product development , following with Amphenol product development and qualification procedure.

3、Existing product modification, extension for new part number, new customers.

4、Provide the technical support for customers and internal Manufacturing team.

5、Responsible for ECR, ECN.

6、Responsible for customer’s new sample requirements.

7、Assist QA for quality issue solving and customer’s application troubleshooting.

8、Follow the Amphenol EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system.

1、Above 5 years work experience on connector design and manufacturing experience. The experience with cable-side connector design is a Plus. The experience with big-current Power connector design or new Energy application connector design is a Plus;

2、Good oral English capability is a Plus.

3、Need to be familiar with Creo or Pro-E 3D model creation and 2D drawing creation;

4、Capable to do dimension tolerance analysis , DFMA and create Product Spec ;

5、Have the knowledge about molding / stamping process and connector assembly process.
