2. Over three years of experience in cross-border e-commerce warehouse management, with rich experience in warehouse operations and management;

3. Familiar with cross-border e-commerce warehouse processes and operational standards, understanding relevant laws and regulations;

4. Good team management and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate and guide team work;

5. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to maintain a good working state under pressure;

6. Proficient in warehouse management software and office software, with basic computer operation skills;

7. Good service orientation and teamwork spirit, able to provide high-quality service to customers;

8. Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and write English documents related to work.

Job responsibilities:

Inbound Management:

1. Responsible for department personnel work allocation and coordination, ensuring the implementation of department inbound management tasks;

2. Inspect and supervise tasks such as goods receiving, sorting, checking against orders, storage, expedited handling, returns, and processing of returned items;

3. Identify and guide the handling of any abnormalities in various processes;

4. Analyze departmental work data and optimize operational procedures;

5. Implement departmental 6S initiatives.

Order Fulfillment Management:

1. Responsible for department personnel work allocation and coordination;

2. Manage tasks such as inventorying, shelving, picking, packaging of goods;

3. Inspect and coordinate the handling of any abnormalities in various processes;

4. Analyze departmental work data and optimize operational procedures;

5. Implement departmental 6S initiatives;

6. Responsible for cross-department collaboration.

Inventory Management:

1. Implement the department's inventory management system to ensure the safety and accuracy of inventory items;

2. Responsible for the in and out flow of consumables and packaging materials;

3. Implement the first-in-first-out principle to accelerate inventory turnover and increase inventory turnover rate;

4. Implement rational planning of inventory space to improve space utilization efficiency;

5. Implement appropriate storage environment planning based on product characteristics to ensure product quality;

6. Prevent safety incidents by providing safety training and conducting safety facility inspections to ensure warehouse goods and personnel safety;

7. Regularly organize and conduct inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

Cost Control:

1. Ensure saturation of daily work tasks;

2. Optimize operational processes to increase productivity output and reduce labor costs;

3. Make efficient use of packaging materials and consumables to reduce packaging and logistics costs;

4. Increase warehouse utilization by organizing and compressing space
