Sr. Quality Engineer:

Working with Robertshaw overseas plant to deal with China region import products’ customer complaints and quality failure issues analysis and improving, and work with China local relate operation, engineering and sourcing etc. to ensure and improving gas valve related product manufacturing process quality control and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility:

- Review and develop the manufacturing process quality control plan.

- Improve manufacturing quality management process and relate rules.

- Work with relate function to keep all quality process implemented and under compliance.

- Take lead to quality problem analysis and solving of daily production, make good control of PPM and COPQ.

- Responsible for quality data collection, standardization and analysis.

- Tracking customer complaints, root cause analysis and take countermeasure.

- Support gas valves related product NPI project to ensure quality issues are all being closed before mass production.

- Negotiating with customer quality people, solving customer complaints on site.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree with engineering related background.

- 7+years’ work experience with manufacturing or similar role in plant.

- Experience with quality tools (APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA), lean six-sigma green belt preferred.

- Skilled in process quality analysis and problem-solving ability.

- English can be workable language.

- Strong organizes and coordinates ability.
