1. According to the management system requirements and specifications to prepare test samples, perform tests, record test data, edit data, save the results, sample management and report test progress

2.Laboratory management system in accordance with requirements of their daily work

3.Responsible for the Mechanical test equipment and environment maintenance

4. Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement

5. Prepare test reports under the authority, master test report format procedure document

6. Accordance with the provisions of the daily work of security

7. Sample reception into storage, sample identification, sample preparation before testing, sample transportation and storage in the laboratory

8. Maintain sample database to ensure the information is updated in real time

9. Ensure traceability of samples as they move through the laboratory and are stored in a suitable environment to avoid sample deterioration, contamination, loss or damage

10.Master Mechanical Test Equipment Working Instruction and Testing Working Instruction

11.Master Lab Records Control, Document Control, Protection of Customer Confidential Information, Perform Product Tests, Prepare Equipment and Samples, Test Process ,Test Condition Control, Calibration Requirement, Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Control Procedure Document

1. 按照规范和管理体系的要求准备测试样品、执行测试、记录测试数据、编辑数据、保存结果、样品管理、汇报测试进度

2. 按照实验室管理体系要求执行日常工作

3. 负责机械相关测试设备、环境的日常维护

4. 协助执行持续的改进

5. 授权下准备测试报告，掌握测试报告格式程序文件

6. 严格按照安全规定的执行日常工作

7. 负责样品的接收入库、样品标识、测试前的样品准备、样品在实验室的运输、测试完成前的样品保存

8. 维护样品数据库，确保信息实时更新

9. 确保样品在实验室流转过程中的可追溯性，并保存在合适的环境中，避免样品变质、污染、丢失或损坏

10.掌握机械测试相关的设备操作作业指导书及测试作业指导书

11.掌握实验室记录控制、文件控制、客户机密信息保护、执行测试，设备及样品准备、测试流程、测试环境控制、校准要求、设备维护、设备控制程序

岗位职责

· 2-Year Mechanical technical degree or above

· 1 year experience for bachelor below

· Knowledge of Electrical / Electronic concepts

· Computer skills in MS office software

· English reading capabilities

· 2年及以上机械技术教育经历

· 本科或大专学历须具备1年工作经验

· 具备电子/电气方面的知识

· 具有操作计算机微软办公室软件的技能

· 能够阅读英文资料
