84 A bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering related.
84 Electrical Engineering or Powertrain Engineering knowledge will be bonus.
84 5 yrs minimum experience in program management.
84 Excellent communications, negotiating, conflict management, and problem solving skills.
84 Excellent customer communication skills.
84 Excellent knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC.
84 Extensive experience in APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC.
84 Proficient in GD&T.
84 Knowledge base in casting, forging, grinding, machining, and other secondary processes.
84 Experience in equipment procurement.
84 Knowledge of manufacturing technology.
84 Testing knowledge and experience in a testing environment.
84 3D CAD design is an asset (NX, Solidworks, Pro-E, CATIA).
84 CNC / automated assembly knowledge is an asset.
84 Understanding of automotive IATF16949 operating systems.
84 Good oral and written communication skills in English.
84 Team player with “can do” attitude.
