对新产品进行质量计划、实施、跟踪、评估和改进

2. Development of reliability test requirements and quality standards related to new products, to ensure the quality problems of new products can be effectively and timely improved

制定与新产品相关的可靠性测试要求和质量标准，确保新产品的质量问题能得到有效及时的改善

3. Solve quality problems before mass production, and track and improve design problems in mass production and customer audit problems

解决量产前的质量问题，跟踪和改善量产设计问题和客户审核问题

4. Submit 8D reports to customer quality complaints, verifying and following the actions’ implementing and effectiveness.

针对客户质量投诉提交8D报告，验证并跟踪措施的实施和有效性。

任职要求：

Education/学历：Bachelor degree or above

Language/语言：good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin/良好的中英文沟通能力

Experience & skill/经验、技能：

1. Familiar with the application quality management tools of SPC/MSA

熟悉SPC/MSA质量管理工具的应用

2. Over 2 year’s quality management control experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry

2年以上电子制造服务行业质量管理控制经验

3. Self-motivated, proactive, personal energy to welcome and can work under pressure.

自我激励，积极主动，能承受工作压力

4. Have working experience in quality department of Power Solution, Adapters industry is preferred

有电源、适配器行业质量部门工作经验者优先
