PROJECT MANAGER - POS - 辅助销售材料项目经理

2. Report to: General Manager / Reporting to: General Manager

3. Duties:

- Review RFQ/ View Quotation Request

- Source for suppliers / Looking for Suppliers

- Inquire factories for pricing / to the factory asking price

- Negotiate pricing

- Prepare price offers to clients / customers with ready quotes

- Develop prototypes

- Follow on mass production

- Follow on budget / follow-up budget

- Inspect goods / Inspect goods

- Follow on logistic/ logistics tracking

- Prepare logistic documents / prepare relevant documents required for logistics

-Other responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor

-Travelling: 30% of total working time, and 95% of time in Guangdong

4. Skills: / Skills:

- Internal and external communications / internal and external communication skills

- Foresee clients' needs and so on / anticipate customer needs, etc.

- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus / Good oral and written English and Mandarin, the Cantonese will be better

- Knowledge and experience in quality control, testing standards and social compliance are strong plus / Rich knowledge and experience in quality control, testing standards and social compliance are preferred

- Proven Project Management Skills / Possess project management skills

- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments / can excel in a fast-paced, high-energy operating environment
