Manufacturing Process Engineer(J10180)

1. Develop assembly process methods for electrical components and maintain standard operation instructions to guide operators with correct assembly process.

2. Analyze, diagnose and make troubleshooting to electrical problems in the assembly process to ensure smooth production.

3. Lead improvements to the assembly work of electrical components. Optimize the sequence and method with solid verification to improve the assembly process.

4. Responsible for design and make proper assembly tools/fixtures to drive continuous improvement such as work efficiency, ergonomics, quality control etc.

5. Organize & implement process audit on electrical assembly steps and initiate improvement actions to enhance production quality performance.

6. Lead integration of new products or new production process. Specify into production procedures and propose technical input for optimization.

7. Support achievement of production team annual KPI targets.

8. Support production manager in driving implementation of QEHS management system.

9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above. Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, Automation related majors.

2. Experience of electrical assembly process engineering in manufacturing industries with more than 5 years.

3. Be familiar with electrical wiring, electrical control diagrams, electrical component performance and selection.

4. Able to design simple electrical schematics and wiring diagram.

5. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methods.

6. Comprehensive skills with MS office and CAD software.

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

8. Dynamic, team work oriented, flexible and strongly committed to achieve results.

9. Capability in problem solving and solid analytical skill.
