We are having development facilities in Beijing and Shanghai and the base working location is object to the individual alignment between the employee and the hiring manager
As responsible RD interface for relevant prototypes/series assembly and plant topics to RD headquarters.
Support on technical documents (e.g.: assembly requirements, testing results, issue analysis reports) transmit, present, discuss and evaluate with RD headquarters.
Document open points and processing status of project topics, issues and complaints from cooperation partners to RD headquarters.
Monitor, demand, ensure observance/compliance with relevant functional amd assembly specifications.
Carry out technical evaluation of problems with the quality of the test parts (e.g. geometry deviation) in coordination with RD headquarters. make decisions on next steps.
As RD interface, transmit relevant technical documents, check/verify assembly quality, deliver and explain issue solutions with cooperation partners.
Bachelor or Master degree in engineering.
>2 years in ICE (internal combustion engine) or battery development or experience in automotive industry with related background.
>4 years experience in ICE or battery assembly and production.
ICE assembly process and 3C machining know-how.
Self-responsible working attitude, self-motivated and innovative workstyle and strive for constant improvement of work efficiency.
Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
Willing to take business trip frequently both domestically and abroad.
Strong planning and supplier management skills.
Good English skills, both oral and in writing.
German language skills preferable.
