1. 线性、六轴机器人控制软件及单元自动化组件的离线编程

2. 内部启动，测试和故障排除，并模拟整个自动化解决方案

3. 为机器人和自动化创建逻辑/顺序控制

4. 根据内部标准编制软件解决方案/自动化系统功能的文档

5. 与其他技术团队紧密合作

6. 负责内部培训和客户培训

7. 远程支持客户技术人员进行故障排除

8. 与奥地利总部自动化部门进行定期沟通

9. 上级交办的其他工作。

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Offline Programming for control software of linear and six-axis robot, and cell automation components

2. In-house startup, testing and troubleshooting, and simulation of the entire automation solution

3. Creation of logic/sequence control for both robot and automation

4. Documentation of software solution / functions of automation system according to internal standards

5. Close cooperation with other technical teams

6. Responsible for internal training and customer training

7. Support customer technicians remotely for troubleshooting

8. Regular communication with automation department in ENGEL HQ in Austria

9. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior.

任职资格:

工作要求/标准

1. 自动化或电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科以上学历

2. 3年以上工业机器人和自动化系统编程经验

3. 对工程流程有较强的理解，能与机电工程合作

4. 有ABB或KUKA机器人客户项目编程经验

5. 有外围设备PLC编程经验

6. 有Java或C/ C++ / C#编程经验

7. 良好的英语听说读写能力

8. 接受出差安排

9. 有条理和独立的工作风格，渴望解决问题，渴望获取知识/技能

10. 较强的解决问题的态度和分析思维

Job Requirement/Expectation

1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in automation or electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar

2. 3+ years of work experience, programming industrial robots and automation systems

3. Strong understanding of engineering process in cooperation with electrical and mechanical engineering

4. ABB or KUKA robot programming experience for customer projects

5. PLC programming experience for peripheral equipment

6. Strong programming experience in Java, or C/C++/C#

7. Good level of speaking, writing, and reading in English

8. Willing to accept business travel arrangement occasionally

9. Structured and independent working style, eager to solve problems, and eager to acquire knowledge/know-how

10. Strong problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking
