PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To sell and promote Precidip products and solutions in assigned territory to OEM customers as well as distributors. Develop and communicate sales plans and strategies at regional level.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Actively develop new customer leads by aggressive “in the field” sales
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to achieve company sales goals and
Profitability
2 To understand technical needs of customer and needs to interact and cooperate with company engineers uphold high quality technical solutions
3 Develop Sales Plan and insure implementation of plan at regional level with Sales Director via Quarterly Review.
4 Ensure continuous training and education process of Distributor's sales and FAE team as well as OEM customers both Precidip product and policies.
5 Written and verbal progress reports to Sales Management regarding performance to plan, issues, problems, and opportunities.
6 Maintain awareness of and report on competitive activity at major Distributors with key OEM customers.
7 Develop Sales and Marketing strategy for assigned territory in China.
8 Communicate Sales strategy and promotional plans to Sales Management in China and Global.
9 Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
10 Maintain an in depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape
11 Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
12 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
13 Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
