Quality Inspector/质量检验员

1.Conduct on-site inspections of semi-finished, and finished products (focusing on smart toilets , standard toilets, and basins) to verify compliance with design specifications,industry standards, and customer requirements, based on standards of GB6952, EN997, EN33, EN14688, EN31, EN13407, EN80.

2.Conduct functional tests (e.g, flushing performance ,and water tightness, durability, and safety compliance).

3.Verify product dimensions, finishes structural integrity, Check for defects such as cracks chips, glaze imperfections, and assembly issues.

4.Work with suppliers to solve quality problems, track corrective measures and prevent issues.

5.Accurately record the inspection results, identify quality defects, and report problems to the team in a timely manner.

6. Peforming factory audits (base on customer requirements), process audits and product inspections.

7.Monitoring and execution of quality policy with suppliers to ensure product quality.

8. Attend inspection alone, and manage whole inspection process and prepare inspection reports(in english), make comments and advice the improvements if needed.

9.Traveling frequently is necessary. Working place is flexible, PREFER the inspector location is close to SHANDONG.（山东地区）

【工作内容】

- 负责对半成品及成品（包括智能马桶、普通马桶和水盆）进行现场检验，确保产品符合设计规范、行业标准及客户要求，依据GB6952、EN997、EN33、EN14688、EN31、EN13407、EN80等标准执行。

- 进行功能性测试，如冲水性能、密封性、耐用性和安全性测试，确保产品符合相关技术指标。

- 检查产品尺寸、表面处理、结构完整性，识别裂纹、缺角、釉面瑕疵及装配问题等质量问题。

- 与供应商协作解决质量问题，跟踪并落实整改措施，防止类似问题再次发生。

- 准确记录检验结果，及时发现质量缺陷，并向团队汇报问题，提出改进建议。

- 根据客户需求开展工厂审核、过程审核及产品抽检，确保生产流程符合质量管理体系要求。

- 监督并执行质量政策，确保供应商产品质量达标，提升整体产品品质。

- 独立完成检验任务，管理整个检验流程，撰写英文检验报告，提出优化建议。

- 需频繁出差，工作地点灵活，优先考虑山东地区人员。

Qualifications:

1.3 -5 years in inquality inspection, specifically in sanitary ware ,ceriamics, or bathroom. Familiar with standards of GB6952, EN997, EN33, EN14688, EN31, EN13407, EN80.

2,Basic knowledge of sanitary ware production processes and relevant industry standards (e.g. lSO,CE,UPC,ACS,WATERMARTK….global sanitary regulations).

3.Hands-on experience inspecting smart toielts(electronic components), Standard toilets, or basins.

4. Ability to use common inspection tools，（e.g.,calipers, gauges, pressuretesters) and understand technical. drawings/specifications/quality standards/electrical safety(for smart products).

5. Good Working knowledge of Quality Systems.

6. Can work under pressure and willing to travel.

7. Excellent teamwork skills.

8.Written English is must, good oral English is plus.

【任职资格】

1.3 -5年不合格检验经验，特别是卫生洁具、陶瓷或浴室。熟悉GB6952、EN997、EN33、EN14688、EN31、EN13407、EN80等标准。

2.具备卫生洁具生产工艺及相关行业标准（如：lSO，CE，UPC，ACS，WATERMARTK....）的基本知识全球卫生条例)。

3.有检查智能马桶（电子元件）、标准马桶或洗手盆的实践经验。

4. 能够使用常用的检测工具(如：（卡尺，压力表，压力测试器）并了解技术。图纸/规范/质量标准/电气安全（智能产品）。

5. 良好的质量体系知识。

6.能在压力下工作，愿意出差。

7. 优秀的团队合作能力。

8.必须具备书面英语，良好的英语口语尤佳。
