Project Management Engineer

To lead company product family concerned resource distribution.

Well understand NPI procedure and works with the project team to follow NPI procedure.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead project team to development product family to meet marketing requirement Strive to achieve or exceed objectives set for Research and Development Department

2. Plan product family project schedule and deployed task to team member. Create & maintain clearly defined roles, deliverables & timelines for project team members

3. Coordinate team activity and resources to achieve milestone on schedule( TTM & TTV)

4. Review project process and provide updated status report to management

5. Overall management of assign product family projects. Responsible for successful execution of a project by working the project scope, budget, delivery, enterprise timing, and risk management to support company revenue/profit rise target

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years working experience. Especially project management is must.

2. Familiar with project development tools, such as Project 2K, Office, CAD etc.

3. Significant experience in communication skill to coordinate different department task.

4. Familiar with project development procedure & product family-platform design.

5. Good Finance costing/Time control capability

6. Written and oral English capability

1. Basic quality control related knowledge

2. Basic Product application knowledge

3. Strong cross function communication skill

4. Basic technical reporting capability

5. Strong leadership as team-player in a project team
