职位描述
主要职责描述 Main Responsibility:
1、具备开拓国内外输送线体类及振动盘供料系统类产品的市场能力,维护与大客户的长期合作关系,保持行业用户长期满意度与持续合作意愿;
2、负责部门内部的日常工作管理,搭建科学的营销管理体系,为部门人员合理分配销售任务,制度销售目标;
3、组织进行市场调研工作,收集行业信息,具备市场判断力;
4、制定公司销售部门年度推广计划:制定销售策略、计划和目标,全年跟进,落实本部门完成年度销售任务;
5、组织策划各类市场活动,创造销售机会,如展会,线上平台宣传等。
1. Have the ability to develop the market of domestic and foreign of conveyor and feeding system products, maintain long-term cooperative relations with major customers as well as long-term satisfaction and continuous cooperation willingness of industry users;
2. Responsible for the daily work management within the department, set up a scientific marketing management system, rationally allocate sales tasks for the department staff, and establish sales targets;
3. Organize market research work, collect industry information, and have market judgment;
4. Make annual promotion plan for the sales department of the company: make sales strategy, plan and target, follow up throughout the year, and implement the annual sales task of the department;
5. Organize and plan all kinds of marketing activities, create sales opportunities, such as exhibitions, online platform promotion, etc.
相关知识技能要求 Knowledge and skills std:
1、机械类相关专业;
2、5年以上非标自动化行业销售经验,输送线体或供料系统类产品优先录用;
3、具备良好的沟通协调能力,并具备对行业的深刻理解;
4、有高度的工作热情,自我驱动力及优秀的学习能力、沟通、组织、协调能力;
5、熟练使用Office办公软件,Excel,PPT等;
6、良好的英语听说读写能力;
7、有驾照,有车辆。
1. Mechanical related major;
2. More than 5 years of non-standard automation industry sales experience, conveyor or feeding system products preferred;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, and have a deep understanding of the industry;
4. Have a high degree of work enthusiasm, self-drive and excellent learning ability, communication, organization and coordination skills;
5. Proficient in Office software, Excel, PPT, etc.
6. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
7. The driving license and automobile are required.
