IT Engineer

1.Office software and System daily maintenance and management (IP-Phone System/OA System/Microsoft 365/Monitoring/Door access system);

2.Office Network and Test Network environment (Cable/wireless) daily maintenance and trouble shooting;

3.Office Hardware daily maintenance and trouble shooting (Desktop/laptop/Testcell computer/display/projectors/IP-Phone/network printer, etc.);

4.Network Hardware daily maintenance and trouble shooting (Switch/Router/Server, etc.);

5.Server/Office/Test Data Backup and Restore;

6.The IT knowledge base document Write and maintain & IT assets management.

Requirements:

1. IP Networking - Basic IP Networking knowledge Adressing concepts, switch,routing, DNS, DHCP;

2. MS Server Management Basics - Basic Maintenance and basic configuration;

3. MS Active Directory - Basic knowledge managing users and computers;

4. MS Windows / Setup & Support Advanced - Setup and support of client operation systems , trouble shooting , data recovery ;

5. MS Office Support - Setup and common support;

6. Fluent in English and native tongue is Mandarin;

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills;

8. Fast learner and good at finding the problems.
