1. Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, process control and acceptance of electrical equipment (including but not limited to distribution cabinets, computers, servers, electric/pneumatic control components, condensate water recovery machines, cables, and other hardware).

负责电气设备（包括但不限于配电柜、电脑、服务器、电动/气动控制元件、冷凝水回收机、线缆等硬件）的现场安装、调试，工艺调参和验收。

2. Operate according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards to ensure the quality of the implementation work。

按图纸、规范及安全标准作业，确保实施工作的质量。

3. Complete on-site network setup and software deployment such as server database.

完成现场的网络架设及服务器数据库等软件部署。

4. Lead or participate in on-site debugging and joint debugging of automation systems such as PLC/HMI/sensors.

主导或参与PLC/HMI/传感器等自动化系统的现场调试与联调工作。

5. Quickly diagnose electrical faults, develop solutions, and implement them.

快速诊断电气故障、制定解决方案并实施。

6. Prepare technical documents such as construction logs, commissioning reports, and acceptance documents.

编制施工日志、调试报告、验收文档等技术文件。

7. Coordinate with customers and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance.

对接客户，进行设备的操作与维护培训。

8. Timely respond to customer needs and improve project delivery satisfaction.

及时响应客户需求，提升项目交付满意度。

9. Complete other tasks and work assigned by supervisors and managers.

完成主管、经理安排的其他任务和工作。

任职要求：

1. Major in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or related fields, with a college degree or above.

电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，大专以上学历。

2. More than 3 years of on-site electrical implementation experience.

3年以上电气现场实施经验。

3. Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to long-term business trips.

抗压能力强，适应长期出差。

4. Proficient in electrical drawings (CAD/Plan recognition), distribution system design, cable laying specifications, and basic knowledge of mechanical installation.

精通电气图纸（CAD/Eplan识图）、配电系统设计、线缆敷设规范，掌握基本机械安装知识。

5. Proficient in using multimeters and other testing tools, familiar with PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi, etc.) basic debugging.

熟练使用万用表等检测工具，熟悉PLC（西门子）基础调试。

6. Understand industrial communication protocols such as ProfiNet/CAN.

了解ProfiNet/CAN等工业通讯协议。

7. Good communication skills, able to effectively connect with customers, suppliers, and teams.

良好的沟通能力，能有效对接客户、供应商及团队。
