职位描述
1.在营销和业务发展单位的支持下,主导与潜在客户的商务交流;
2.主导与现有客户的商务沟通;
3.在相关单位的支持下主导投标过程;
4.在相关单位的支持下,与客户进行合同定义和谈判;
5.维护现有合同;
6.在相关单位的支持下,跟踪客户订单、发票和付款;
7.在相关单位的支持下制定销售计划;
1.Lead commercial discussion with potential customers with the support of marketing and business development organizational unit;
2.Lead commercial communication with existing customers;
3.Lead the bidding process with the support of involved organizational units;
4.Contract definition and negotiation with customers with the support of involved organizational units;
5.Maintenance of existing contracts;
6.Tracking of customer’s orders, invoices and payments with the support of involved organizational units;
7.Define sales plan with the support of involved organizational units.
任职条件:
1.本科及以上学历,理工科相关专业,有商学和或法律背景优先;
2.具备5-10年工作经验,3年及以上销售、合同管理工作经验;
3.具有丰富的合同管理经验,熟练掌握合同和谈判管理工具;
4.具备良好的团队合作、协调、沟通协作能力。
5.精通中英文;
6.掌握民机复材结构设计、工艺、制造相关知识作为人与筛选的额外优势;
7.精通意大利语作为额外优势。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering, business or law background is preferred;
2. Possess 5-10 years of work experience of which at least 3 years or more of sales, contract management work experience;
3. Have rich contract management experience and proficiently master contract and negotiation management tools;
4. Good team work, coordination, communication and collaboration skills.
5. Proficiency in Chinese and English Language;
6. Knowledge related to the design, process, and manufacturing of civil aircraft composite structures is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection;
7. Proficiency in Italian language is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection.
