Your role:

Overall Objectives:

The individual must be with capabilities to handling complex situation and problem solving. As well he/she must have strong communication and interpersonal skills since he/she should face multiple levels with other teams.

The individual will learn and understand basic cylinder handling, valve and analytical technology, and general gas knowledge skills.

Support and work with Warehouse manager to achieve the team KPI target including Safety, Quality, efficiency etc.

Support Warehouse manager on ER role and keep whole team in good safety level.

Key Role and Responsibility

1. Key user of WMS system and work closely with other systems key user (CTM/5in1) to ensure the inventory accuracy and keep consistent with SAP.

2. Local SAP key user and troubleshooting for daily operations and draft the troubleshooting doc.

3. Initiate the monthly cycle counting with Warehouse technician to ensure the physical and system inventory consistent and accuracy, if there is gap investigation should be conducted.

4. Support warehouse manager to implemented BSP/STOP/Sharks related safety programs well in warehouse team and thinking how to inspire warehouse technician to raise or report more potential risks/APT/suggestions etc.

5. As a facilitator of warehouse to participate in and complete cross function process tasks/Safety tasks/CI tasks in time to keep warehouse team as a high safe and efficient team.

6. Support warehouse manager on SOPs update and management in warehouse and maintain in mango system.

7. Support warehouse manager to drive the correct actions raised by internal or external audit and complete them before the deadline.

8. Work closely with other team for customer service improvement.

9. APT/NM monthly summary and sharing with warehouse team on good and need improve items for lesson learnt.

10. Work closely with QA team to ensure the warehouse meet the ISO and other company policies.

11. Familiar with bonded warehouse and processing trading business.

12.Control the warehouse cost within Budget and intiate cost saving.

13. Take the ER role and complete other works assigned by warehouse manager.

Who you are:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, chemical background preferred.

At least 3 years relevant DG chemical warehouse experience.

Cylinder handling experience is preferred.

Have strong communication skills.

Fluent English in reading/written/speaking.
