工作概述
KAM(Ningbo) is responsible Zhejiang region business development, complete development of KA customers and sales management.
Reporting to Sales Director/Business Development Manager
大客户经理(宁波)负责开发浙江地区客户,完成大客户的开发和进行销售管理。
汇报对象:全国销售经理/业务发展经理
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
主要的工作职责
1. 制定并且执行重点客户的销售计划,完成相应的具体销售目标。
Make and operate sales plan for target KA and achieve the sale revenue correspondingly.
2. 联合经销商,在重点客户的车间调查客户需求,了解竞争对手情况和完成专业的产品测试。
Allying with dealer,investigate customer needs in workshop ,know the product information of competing brands and finish product tests professionally.
3. 帮助重点渠道经销商开发更多的分销商。
Help key channel dealers to develop more distributors.
4. 对所负责的大客户和销售区域,能够提供销售预测。
Do the sales analysis for the sales marketing and key customer.
5. 对销售市场进行销售分析。
Analysis of the sales work in related market and industries.
6. 对经销商销售人员及最终客户进行专业销售培训。
Afford professional sales training programs towards dealers and end users.
7. 参加国内相关行业展会,跟踪展会客户信息,发展业务关系。
Attend domestic exhibitions, follow up the sales leads, and develop business relationship.
8. 完成销售总监交办的制定工作任务。
Finish all the work assigned by sales director.
9. 经常出差。
Frequent business travels.
工作经验及技能要求Working Experience and Skills Requirement:
1.大学以上学历,学习能力较强。
College degree, quick learner.
2.五年以上的销售经验
More than 5-year sales experience.
3.有成功的销售经验。
Sales success.
4.***是有磨具磨料的行业销售经验,但不是必须的。
Preferred tool industry experience, but not must. Open!
5. 积极进取的销售态度和销售风格
Aggressive &sales attitude.
6.结果导向性,能够解决问题
Problem-solving orientated.
7.作风诚实,注重销售纪律
Honest &discipline.
8. 能够思考准确分析问题。
Analytical thinking.
9. ***有技术背景,不是必须。
Preferred technical background.
