职责描述:
负责中国上海、浙江、江苏和安徽的销售和市场营销工作,以及公司品牌价值的提升;在该区开发新的商业合作机会。
在日常工作中为经销商提供支持,并辅助经销商进行销售和市场推广活动; 根据经销商的运营情况提供解决方案;定期拜访经销商和客户, 与客户保持良好的关系并提供及时的服务。
使用客户关系管理系统充分维护客户资料、日常销售活动;其他销售和营销工作
协助售后服务团队的售后服务工作, 支持经销商和客户的售后服务和技术培训, 每周提供售后服务分析报告。
1) Sales
Responsible for performing the sales and marketing strategy in East China and to increase the brand equity to a higher level. (regions are Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu & Anhui)
Develop the new business opportunities in target areas/ industries.
Support dealers and fully accept the concept as “sell twice “and to implement it in the daily work with dealers. Can provide solutions based on every dealer’s situation.
Visiting dealers and customers on a routine base and keep good relations with VIP customers and offer timely service etc.
Use CRM system fully to maintain the customers’ data and for daily sales activities.
Other sales / marketing tasks assigned
2) Service
Support service team to Implement the service tasks as per the ALDO’s service standard.
Support to offer proper service and technical training to dealers and customers.
Analyze the service / complaints status of the market and send feedback on weekly base.
任职要求:学历:机械、理工类专业 大专以上学历,林业院校相关专业优先。
工作经验: 3年及以上在机械制造行业相关工作经验,木材加工业,家具制造业相关行业背景优先考虑。
良好的沟通技巧,技术理解能力, 有团队协作精神
能够使用英文作为工作语言的优先考虑
踏实肯干、责任心强、为客户提供优质的服务
有意愿经常出差
Can use English as working language both in oral and written.(Not a must )
Good communication skills and proper training skills
Good knowledge of all machine types sold in ALDO QHD
Proved Experience and skills on dealing with service problems.
Customer-oriented, result-oriented, hard-working and good team spirit
Willing to travel on regular basis.
